Reservation Process
    1.    Select your preferred confirmed week
    2.    Secure your reservation with a 50% deposit
    3.    Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
    4.    Final coordination takes place through a private alignment form

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Deposit Policy
    •    Deposits are non-refundable
    •    Deposits are fully transferable to another available confirmed week
    •    Name changes are permitted
    •    No cash payouts

This structure protects planning security while offering flexibility.

Week Confirmation

Circle Weeks are confirmed once a minimum number of couples has been reached.

If a week does not reach confirmation:
    •    Guests may transfer to a confirmed alternative date
    •    Or receive a full refund of the deposit

Private Takeover weeks are confirmed upon contract and deposit.

    •    XTACY is an adults-only private Caribbean circle
    •    Participation is voluntary and respectful conduct is required
    •    All stays are subject to house rules and local regulations
    •    Final details are provided after booking confirmation
