• $1,250 due 30 days before arrival
After your reservation, we’ll schedule a short call to answer any remaining questions and confirm the details together.
Spots are limited to nine couples.
To maintain the intended atmosphere of the Founder Week,
a minimum number of couples is required.
If this number is not reached, you may choose a full refund or a complimentary transfer to the next available Founder Week.
Final confirmation is sent prior to the event.
We recommend booking flights after confirmation.

For a smooth arrival, we can organize transfers from:
• Santo Domingo (SDQ)
• Puerto Plata (POP)
• Samana (AZS)
Transfer costs vary by airport and are communicated transparently in advance.

Is this a lifestyle friendly experience?
The villa offers a private adults-only setting where open-minded couples can relax. We don’t organize lifestyle activities, but we trust our guests to act respectfully and use good judgment.
Are activities mandatory?
No. Everything is optional.
Are Airport Transfers included?
Shared transfers are included during Founder Week. Private transfers can also be arranged.
Can we just relax?
Absolutely. Many guests spend part of the week by the pool or exploring Cabrera at their own pace.
Is clothing optional?
Within the private estate, guests enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Outside the estate, we respect local customs.
Do you match guests?
No. We simply create an environment where like-minded couples naturally meet.
